Private vehicles are very popular as a mode of transport within the city, though "Mini Buses" and Auto Rickshaws are available in all parts of the town. Transportation is cheap and easily available. Auto Rickshaws usually operate on the 'share' principal with several passengers paying fixed amounts for sharing a ride to a common destination.
